The Gathering Missionary Internship program brings both domestic and international missionaries to the Santa Cruz, CA area as part of The Gathering's overall vision to bring "transformation through the manifest presence of God." International missionaries must obtain an R-1 visa and serve for a period of one year, which can be renewed. Missionary interns gain important ministry skills in leadership, organizational management, preaching, teaching, and evangelism while staffing crucial ministries that serve our community.
