The Gathering Internship Program brings both domestic and international students to the Santa Cruz, CA area as part of The Gathering's overall vision to bring "transformation through the manifest presence of God." We also have a strong relationship with the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry and love to host BSSM students for their 3rd year mentorships.  In short, we love our interns!  And we love helping students develop their full potential in the Kingdom of God.

 

Interns/Mentees typicaly serve a nine month or one year period which can be renewed. International students must obtain an R-1 visa. Interns/Mentees gain important ministry skills in leadership, organizational management, preaching, teaching, and evangelism while staffing crucial ministries that serve our community.
